Payments are processed by Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases of Precision Film Systems. You'll receive receipts from Paddle and may see "Paddle" on your bank/card statements. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law.

Effective date: April 13, 2026

Subscriptions

  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew monthly on your subscription anniversary date.
  • Included monthly cut plans: Your plan includes a set number of monthly cut plans. These reset each billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period unless a refund is granted under Paddle's policy or applicable law.
  • No prorations on cancellation: Cancellation by itself does not create a prorated or retroactive refund. Refund eligibility is determined under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law.

Add-on monthly cut plans

  • Add-on monthly cut plans are optional one-time purchases.
  • Add-on monthly cut plans are used only after your plan's included monthly cut plans are fully used.
  • Expiration: Add-on monthly cut plans expire 6 months after purchase.
  • Add-on monthly cut plans do not renew automatically.

Refunds

Purchases of Precision Film Systems are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit your request as soon as possible using the link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle support. Eligibility for a refund depends on Paddle's policy, local law, and the circumstances of the purchase.

In some regions, customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital products and subscriptions. Refund requests relating to billing errors, unauthorized charges, or material technical defects may be reviewed in accordance with Paddle's policy and applicable law.

How to cancel or request help

  • Use the cancellation / manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or
  • Use the contact form and include the email used at checkout.

Chargebacks & abuse

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in account suspension or termination.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version.
